CR 1699 was actually painted in OLI colors for awhile before being released from the shops. Microscale MC-4223 (HO) or 60-4223 (N) Conrail Operation Lifesaver Locomotives 1997+. No pre-made number for this unit, so you'll have to piece them together using two sets to complete the '99'.
