Erie Lackawanna E8A #833 will become one of Conrail's elite executive train locomotives and be repainted blue before getting its classic Pullman Green scheme. However, three months into Conrail the E8A is still wearing its full Erie Lackawanna livery, which looks sharp.

PC 4325 (former-PC 4080, nee-NYC 4080) was to become CR 4325, but it never got stencils or a repaint. In 1978, it was sold to NJ Transit. It's PC heralds painted out and the circular NJ Transit heralds was applied to the left of the road number on the long hood.
