Robert Palmer - A rare sight, a freight locomotive on the lead of an OCS train from the summer of 1998 on the day that E-8A 4020 derailed and damaged the lead truck in the yard at 30th St. in Philadelphia during the wee hours of the morning. The 6145 C40-8W was grabbed to pinch hit until Harrisburg, where they would meet the 4022 that was coming from Altoona to take over.
