Conrail Office Cars Special (OCS) Wes has one of the best, if not the best, website about Conrail's Office Car Special. He has photos, builder's diagrams, histories, technical data, and more for every business car that Conrail had. Besides some great information, Wes has done some excellent OCS modeling in HO scale.
