"Conrail U25B Modeling: Detailing the Stewart Model," Jim Six. Mainline Modeler. Feb 88, 24-27. This is really about detailing a PC unit, not a CR blue unit. Some brief proto info. Jim takes the stock Stewart model with Athearn drive, replaces the drive, adds some stock detail parts. He reworks the handrails using Stewarts stanchions, which are too wide he admits but has no choice, and uses scale wire for the handrail, soldering the wire to the stanchions. I haven't checked into this yet to see if anyone has produced correct scale handrails for the units since the article was written. A nice model. All photos b&w.
