Conrail Cyclopedia EMD GP-9B: N Modeling Des Plaines Hobbies (1468 Lee St., Des Plaines, IL 60018) now has a conversion kit (#DPN1003) available for the newer Atlas GP-9 that will quickly and easily convert it into a B Unit. Remove the cab, glue their panels and treadways in place, and you are done. You'll need to create a handrail extension (or replace the entire handrail) and paint the parts. MSRP is $13.95.
