The former EL cars are easy to spot since they were equipped with a Hennessey power door opener on each side. Though EL originally painted these cars a light blue, Conrail eventually repainted most of them. This particular car got repainted a light orange color with simple CR reporting marks instead of the full Conrail logo. Location: Lansdale, PA 5-87 Photo Online: September 1, 1999 |

Another former EL car, this one got repainted a more traditional FGE yellow-gold with full Conrail logo and 'Cushioned Car' lettering.
